Thank you so much for applying to the Artisan Market - Southtown Summer Fest 2023. We had a wonderfully large number of artisans apply to our Makers Mart. Myself and the other event organizers carefully reviewed everyone's applications and images. I am so pleased to share that you have been accepted into this year's event!

This is an outdoor event so please be prepared to provide your own tables, chair, umbrellas, or tents. If you are using a tent please make sure to tell me as soon as possible. All tents will be required to have a minimum of 70lbs of weight. Without wait we will unfortunately have to ask you to take your tent down due to permit restrictions and safety concerns. 

If you would like to join us on August 19th from 11am-4pm with set up beginning at 9:30am please respond to this e-mail with an affirmative and submit a payment of $55 to www.sternglassworks.com/ . Please submit payment by within 24hrs to secure your spot.

I wanted to be transparent and let you all know that since this is a larger event than our previous we have opened it up to two artisans per similar category. We are however, being careful to make sure that peoples works are different enough so there isn’t competition.
